Less is more – content supermarkets

Film, television, radio, music – on your laptop, on your TV screen, on your mobile, on your ipod, even at your local cinema. More movies, more tracks, more ringtones, more games, on big screens, little screens, on the train, in your car – more choice than ever before, wherever you are.

The digital revolution has enabled creative media makers to avoid expensive production and distribution costs. But easier and cheaper production doesn’t always mean that high quality work gets a fair share of promotion.

YouTube and MySpace have encouraged user generated material – and the result is they’ve become the supermarkets of internet content.

That’s where the Digital Deli comes in.

Digital Deli gives makers of high quality media a space to display their work that befits their high standards. It also gives the discerning consumer a smorgasbord of the best produce from which to treat themselves. You can read reviews or taste the produce to get a flavour of it and you can, of course, buy the content.

The Deli is operated on a ‘fair trade’ basis. We believe in the creatives on our site so we just cover our costs on any sales made. We do our utmost to support and promote their work, and give as much advice as we can.

Digital Deli was founded by a group of media professionals, whose collective experience places them at the forefront of advances in digital technology. Our aim is to enable a variety of creative producers to exhibit their outstanding body of work in a virtual market place where they can sell and chat about their creations with people both inside and outside their industry.

Our stall displays the members’ work including feature films, short animations, experimental moving images, the best new bands, special releases, cult novels, cryptic games and amazing artwork.

Just passing?

If you’re visiting the site, you will be the first to try out the best and newest digital produce, delivered to you at affordable prices, the way you want to receive it and all on the best technology available, for real quality, value and choice.
